OBJECTIVE

The objective of the Liturgy module is to reiterate the importance of memorizing prayers as learned in Kindergarten. In addition, be able to identify the roles of the clergy and people in the Liturgical prayers. Be able to identify the different components of the liturgy which include sight, smell, and hearing (how all of these tie in together). Specifically, how all of these sensations ultimately lead to our understanding of the liturgy.

INSTRUCTIONS/IDEAS

  • Game Show: Split the class into 2 or more teams. Bring in bells or buzzers and have them compete to answer review questions.
